F1 & Jap buffet

Yesterday, Alex, Collins, Saha n I went to Sepang to eat breakfast, i mean, to witness the spectacular event of this...

"phmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm"

Get what i meant?

Well, it was rather a SUPER last minute plan, as i got tickets from an unknown source (yea right, but i promised not to tell) As it's Friday, it was only 2 practice sessions, but it's since it's free, why not? =)

Personally, i must thank the kind person for giving me the tickets, if not, it would be sad to say that a KL boy guy like me have yet to step my feet at Sepang circuit.

The tickets were Emerald, which is at the Grand Stand. Curiously, i went online and check the pricing for it, and it was RM1800/USD500.... wtf!!!

With that sum of money, i can spend luxuriously at Sabah, not to mention feasting like a king... lolz

Ok, as my ticket was only a 1day ticket, it also comes with a breakfast & lunch. =)

Deng, i was hoping for better meals at least. Nevertheless, it's enjoying eating while you can feel the meal box shaking each time an F1 car passes by.. =P

See what i see? =)

The sound were so piercing, that we had to wear ear plugs, if not, you'll find me deaf due to the engine sound..

Sad to say, my camera phone only manage to take this pic ( i had to click a few seconds in advance in order to get the car in frame)

Even Alex was complaining that his camera couldn't get the pics nicely...

Yet his camera cost almost 4k

Will upload more pictures once i get the pictures from him...

We left after the first practice session, and went back for a nap. Evening was even better...

2 weeks ago, i came across this blogger who introduces a Japanese restaurant. Hence decided to try it out...

The place is located near federal highway or UM, 2nd floor of Crystal Crown hotel. (you can check on the blogger's blog for better info).

Nice environment ^^

As far as i know, a visit to a Japanese restaurant comes with a heavy price. You can't just compare their sushi with those sold in Carrefour/Jusco.

I was excited to try their promotion after looking at the pictures from the blog. Hence I made bookings for 11 people - Alex, Collins, Jan (Alex coursemate) & his friends

Personally, the promotion looks attractive, RM38 ++ for all you can eat, inclusive of a jug of beer/juice, but the varieties for Yakitori isn't much (24 varieties), beef, chicken, vege, & other special parts of animals that some may prefer.

So, 3 of us reached there first, and decided to go ahead with it. We ordered 1 serving for beef category, 5 minutes later....

Beef wrapped with dunno what ady =P
1 serving = 2 ice cream like sticks, which is super small

Waliao... can die weii waiting..... lolz, the next thing we did was... ordered EVERYTHING in the menu

bird eggs & chicken with whasabi (nice)

Special beef ball comes with dark soya sauce & raw bird egg (nicer)

Top: Chicken wings (even nicer)
Bottom: Both beef, which i forgot the names of it ady, but also nice

Also beef, also NICE!!!!!!!!! no joke

Vege, not my favourite though =P

Special varieties: 1 of them is chicken bone (above), which can be found normally in chicken breast (weird right?)

They're other such as squirt (sotong), beef in asparagus, beef in potato...

The food was so nice, that the moment Jan's friends arrive, they ordered 7 serving for each varieties (and we ended up eating 1 dozen of egg each people [ 1 serving = 2 stick, 1 stick = 4 eggs])

In the end, we had 2 jugs filled with sticks, FULL~ lol

i should have taken picture of the chef, who was cooking in front of da BBQ stove. Imagine 7 serving of each varieties ( i think they ordered another 9 of each during the last call), the chef cooked til almost cry (coz of da heat la of course)... hahahahahaha

P/S: the promotion ends 15th April, so HURRY~
