Someone proposed to have a trip during the last gathering at Station One few months back. Hence, Wai Yee came out with the idea of going to Endau Rompin.

We meet up at Puduraya bus station around 8.15am, while the bus departs by 9am. 9 of us were there, except for Jit Ming (refer his blog if you're interested to know why). After a really long journey, we reached Rompin bus stop around 2 something. Waited for jit Ming (he reached around 3.30pm).

We left before 4pm, where our guide has been patiently there waiting for us to move. took another 30 minutes ride to the place.

Our Chalet

We got 2 chalet, guys & girls. It's quite comfortable, only problem was that no electric during day time (coz they're still running using a generator), and limited water supply (not enough for 6 person to bath at once).

The surroundings are quite peaceful, you hardly can get much access of HP coverage. From what i heard, the resort is pretty new, that the place is well conserved. During the monsoon season, the place has to be closed down due to the flood, where elephants crawl onto the high land (where we stay). There's even holes (actually elephant footprints) everywhere.

If you're seeking for a really peaceful holiday experience, try to consider this place, though i hate their food very much.

After checking in, we quickly changed into our gear, and went for kayak.

While everyone was enjoying, it rained all of a sudden. We had no option but to turn back and kayak back to shore. What a moment for us! Soak under the rain while trying hard tot paddle back.

Dinner

After dinner, we had night tracking, not much to elaborate since it's more into blood-donation than sight seeing.

Interesting isn't it?

Cooking noodles for supper.

DAY 2

The next day, we went for jungle tracking, this time was heading towards the waterfall. Again, everyone was afraid of the leeches.

After an hour, we reached...

the waterfall~ beautiful isn't it?

too many pictures, i couldn't upload all of them...

Bathing at the river
