Oyster Feast
As 2006 approaches it's end, my parents have a couple of cash vouchers to use before it's expiry date. So they decided to dine-in at Crown Princess, as part of the celebration to welcome the new year. :)
After shopping at Jusco (which bought over RM350 worth of clothes for dunno who), We got ourselves there early, eventually there was a wedding ceremony going on on the other end of the hotel...
From far, you could hear people sreaming........
"YAM........ Yam...... yAm....... yaM..... x10000 times.... den Seng!!!!!!!"
Sometimes i do wonder why such tradition is carried on. Maybe it's the typical Chinese tradition of doing that, celebrating the most important event of one's life, WEDDING...
Maybe it's the alcoholics, "sam gu luk po", and the relatives who enjoy the most out of it. Last time i attended a relative's wedding, the bride didn't seem happy when the "drinking" event starts, probably she has to clean up the mess after that, serving the husband, and there goes the thrill of their 1st night... hehe
...................
Buffet there was very nice, serving lot's of varieties of food, from western food with the likes of seafood pasta, baked potatoes, local delicacies such as rojak buah, laksa, BBQ, and many more...
While the best part was of course, the Sashimi Salmon & the fresh New Zealand oysters...
It's so nice, that mom and I took almost 2 dozens of it, plates after plates... serve with lemon juice... yum yum really thumbs up~~~ In fact, i left out the main course for the buffet, hehe
And oh Btw, the salmons are really thickly sliced, after a few slices, bet you think paying 60++ for it is surely worth it.
Though it's not the best buffet i would recommend, but this one really keeps my tummy satisfied~ hehe
Well, sadly was the BBQ section, the stupid fella burned 3 slices of my mutton, and what's worse, gave me an uncooked crab. Later on i went back to get things done, and guess what, he made my life miserable by burning it as well... TULANnye
Well, it's is the last post for the year 2006... looking back, there's lot's of ups and downs throughout the 12 months... I never wish for dreams that are impossible, but only look at realistic point of life...
Next stop, BBQ at collin's place... yeah yeah
But anyway...
HAPPY NEW YEAR & HAPPY New Sem~~~
